CNC Machining

Desktop 3-axis milling on a Carvera Air. Plenty for brackets, mounts, jigs, enclosures, and one-off prototype parts. We won't pretend it's a Haas — if you need a hardened-steel mould tool, we'll point you elsewhere.

3D Printing

FDM on a Bambu Lab H2D — dual-extruder, so multi-material prints (support interfaces, two-tone parts, soluble PVA) come out clean. Great for jigs, enclosures, fixtures, and functional prototypes.

Six things people ask before sending the first file.

Don't see your question? email us →

No. One-off prototypes are the bread and butter. We just ask that you have a real model — not a sketch on a napkin (although we'll happily help you turn the napkin into a model).

For CNC: .step / .stp (best), .iges, .x_t. For printing: .stl, .3mf, .step. Send 2D drawings as .pdf or .dxf if you have specific tolerances or finish callouts.

Standard lead time is 3–5 business days from confirmed quote. Most prints turn around in 24–48 hours. Rush service is available for an upcharge — ask when you send the file.

Yes, and we'd rather you ask up front than re-machine a part. We'll flag thin walls, sharp internal corners, unreachable features, and material picks that fight your use case. No charge for that conversation.

UK by default via Royal Mail / Parcelforce. EU and worldwide by courier — message us with the destination and we'll quote shipping with the part.

Yes, by appointment. We're at Unit 7, 37 Roseburn Street — happy to show you the machines. Drop us a line a day or two ahead so someone's there to let you in.
